  11. How can I change my VCR's video output (video-out RCA jack) to the RGB 
  12. signal needed for digitizing/framegrabbing on the GVP IV-24 board?  I'd 
  13. like to be able to connect my VCR or camcorder directly to an IV-24 
  14. (don't have it yet, but might soon) and digitize/framegrab in colour, but 
  15. I understand it needs to be an RGB signal.  If I'm wrong, please correct 
  16. me!
